1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using AC Journey, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Service Description

AC Journey is a lead-generation and matching platform that helps homeowners connect with air conditioning installers. We provide the platform infrastructure only and are not a party to any installation contract between a homeowner and an installer.

3. Account Types and Responsibilities

Installer users must provide accurate account and business details, keep credentials secure, and notify us promptly if they suspect unauthorised access.

Homeowners may access certain quote features through secure token links without creating a full account. Users are responsible for accuracy of information submitted through forms.

4. Credits, Billing, and Lead Claims

Installers may purchase credits and can receive promotional credits.
Credits are consumed when a lead is claimed.
Purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase and welcome credits expire after 90 days.
Lead availability is limited and may close when claim limits are reached or leads expire.
Unless required by law, credit purchases are non-refundable except where we choose to apply a goodwill credit or correction.

5. No Guarantee of Conversion

We do not guarantee that any lead will convert to a sale, that any project will proceed, or that specific commercial outcomes will be achieved.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not submit false, misleading, or unlawful content.
You must not scrape, harvest, or misuse personal data from the platform.
You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, or bypass platform security controls.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and software remain the property of AC Journey or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the platform in accordance with these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AC Journey is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profit, business interruption, or reputational harm arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is a breach of these terms, misuse of the platform, or legal or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
